Colby, what a great article! It's so funny because a few weeks ago a found a study about milk that showed a higher fat content in milk actually sped up fat metabolism in the body. And just this morning I was talking to my SIL who is a dietetics grad and super healthy, and she said she "Sugar is never your friend, but fat isn't always your enemy." Thanks for sharing. =)
